Well this will be the outfit I wear on Friday for Otakon...or at least the top anyways.
I'm still working on it and there are a couple of things to sew but once it's complete I'll show you guys for sure!! The other costume are still missing pieces that I need to pick up tomorrow. This is a rather last minute put together but I've had harder ANY time to this between work and family events and such. I haven't even been able to practice dances like I want to. D:
It's pretty late so I'll also have up the set list by tomorrow as for what I'll be dancing. ( I still need to figure out what new dances I can fit in for sure) But I'm going to do my absolute best to make sure I give a good show!!

Otakon is in a few days so I went to Ricky's yesterday to find a proper wig. This is the one I found.

I went out with my brother and Ari and we went to eat after I finally found the right wig
The portions were pretty small (and expensive too :s) But it was very good and I must have not been very hungry because I was quite satisfied afterwards :)
I also went to the pool this weekend...for the first time in about ...five years? Lol
It was alright, when I came back my skin was dry, I had water in my ears and my eyes were irritated by chlorine but it was overall pretty fun!
Yesterday a follower of mine on twitter wrote a long tweet and he mention my name in it. But I couldn't read it;A; (it was in Japanese) So my Bro Xhu-bear (also know as Xhirachu on Youtube) volunteered to translate it for me and it was the sweetest thing!!! I'll share it with you.
"The two dancers that I follow that Tweet the most, kurokamiku and KiSweets live in different countries and have different interests, but they're enthusiastic Tweets about their interests have such similar moods. They're like loveable daughters."
I tweeted saying that I didn't understand what he wrote earlier today ,although I didn't mention his name, but he figured it out anyways!! I underestimated his English skills! And he wrote this back to me (in English):
”HAHA,me? Maybe difficult 漢字,colloquials,Japanet slangs,for you. But also difficult to express in English,for illiterate me(--;)."
He then continued to say:
'But I never bad-mouthed. In short "Kurokamiku and Ki have similarity in there tweets - cheerfulness,positiveness,loveliness".'

I really appreciate messages like this and as a matter of fact I have been getting quite a few positve message from new subscribers and supporters on my channel, and formspring and twitter and even Nico!!!

I miss my job. The one I had a month ago before they moved me to a different location.
The people were talkative and lenient. Everyone was kind; people came in and out of the office all the time; I was able to walk around a lot because there wasn't always work to do. Work came in at inconsistent times. It's pretty much either feast or famine there.
But then I got moved to a different branch.
It was pretty cold at my last job but it's FREEZING here. Some days people are good for conversation but sometimes we'll go a whole day without talking;AAAA; And I'm stationed in one spot ALL DAY....the pay isn't bad though
But what I miss most of all are the choices of food that I had;A; In fact I took pictures of some of the more delicious things that I ate while I had my "better" job.
Home made shrimp lo-mein!!!
I got this from a korean deli :D They sell everything!!! Baked-ziti, baked chicken, subs, salads, any kind of sandwich you want, curry, soups, desserts, slusshies BiBamBap (which I unfortunately never tried) etc.
And ALL SO GOOD
It was also a pretty good area for what I call "treat-trucks". Food trucks that specialize in a specific food :D

It's a frozen yogurt truck and it was delicious :D I couldn't get a good picture of the actual yogurt but trust that it was pretty good^___^
And sometimes I'd go to eat out after work with Ari. She took me to a great spot one day!
It's called KyoChon. A Korean restaurant that specializes in fried chicken!!
Chicken that has been deep fried TWICE to golden perfection;____; I got honey barbeque :3
And it was so good!!! Superior to any chicken I have had EVER. It seems that black people aren't the only ones who like chicken (Yes I just had to point that out, you know you were thinking it too) It is because of this place that I now understand this:

At work and I am EXTREMELY bored!!! So I'm going to make a check list for Otakon instead^^
So far I need a total of six outfits; 3 dancing outfits and 3 casual outfits. I'll already be spending a lot of money just to get there and for hotel so going all out for costuming is already a no. I'll be pulling together costuming with stuff from home and things from fabric/ costume stores/ outfits. But here's what's going on so far:

Uniform shirts (assorted sizes)
uniforms skirts (I actually only have one of those for now)
Fabric for bows (I'll be making bows for a decora styled outfit, (That should be fun^^)
Cat ears ( Ijust wanna wear themXD!)
Bright accessories (collecting those now)
School shoes (for the uniform look)
false lashes (If I can find the right look)
dancing sneakers (in case the shoes don't work out)
What else????
So it looks like so far I'll be making a decora styled outfit and a uniform styled outfit. I already have most of these items so it won be so expensive. But I do still need one more...suggestions?

This actually doesn't need a material list because I already have my sailor fuku (which I unfortunately can't wear as a costume because it's a little tight (Darn you wide shoulders;AAA;) all the others will be bright color themed so I'll at least stand out. I'll post some pictures or potential outifts soon. But it's time for lunch and I needs to get outta here=/ No miracle today since I'm at my desk....Ciao!!! >3>

No I haven't tried circle lenses but I think my eyes are too slim for them. When I smile my eyes almost close so I don't think I could pull them off=/

It’s because of this chick that I have the urge to buy massive amounts of colorful clothing and try fake eyelashes (which I have purchased but have not tried on yet) Can you tell that I have become obsessed? （笑）
Though I’ve always liked colorful clothing I don’t wear it much because it’s hard to match and earth tones tend to look better on me.

The first movie came out when I was ten and I'll be twenty this year so you could say I litterally grew up with Harry Potter! I love the books and I feel like the movies did them justice!! The last one was absolutely brilliant :D!! THE best one if I say so myself^__^ So good! It was equally as exciting as it was hilarious as it was emotional. Everything you'd want in the final battle!
I won't talk about it exclusively only becuase I don't think everyone has seen it yet but I will say that as soon as the credits rolled I was crying, bawling even!
Seriously I LOVE Harry Potter. It was so perfect;AAAA; J.K Rowling is my Queen!

Her name is Carrie Pamyu Pmayu and she's a teenage model who does work for Japanese magazines like Kera and Zipper. She's soon going to debut under pop-techno genius Yasutaka Nataka (the same producer responsible for the success of Perfume, Meg, Capsule etc.)
She's seventeen and according to my friend who lives in Japan is very popular amongst teenage girls. She's known for her sense of style, the false eyelashes she markets and her wicked facial expressions^^ This is the preview to her deut single:
I think she's really cute and I love how lively she is! I think this PV really brings out her personality as well. I'll definitely be following this one for a while and I'll be purchasing her album when it comes out^^ From what I've heard the lyrics are about as nonsensical as the video which is fine with me :D

I promised myself that when I reach 500 subscribers on Youtube I would start a personal blog. Well this is it^^
I'm going to call it MirakuruKi becaus I want to share all the small miracles that I experience this summer and further on. I'm not very consistent when it comes to updating but I'll try to write a new entry as often as I can.
If this is the first time you've heard of me, then I'll explain a little more about what I do =)
You see my twin sister and I have a channel on youtube called BorderlineChocolate. I originally made the channel to favorite videos but about a year and a half ago we started periodically posting dance covers of our favorite J-pop artists. A lot has happened since then and after a lot of hard work we've managed to gain 500 subscribers ^___^
And now I'm going to share with you my first miracle.
It's a double rainbow=)
What's amazing about this is that it's a double rainbow in New York City!! I never thought I'd see one but after it rained one day, the skies cleared up and there it was. You can sort of see it from the picture but it's full rainbow! It was BEAUTIFUL:)
My mother has better pictures of it so when she sends them to me I'll share them with you^^
And that was my first miracle. I hope you enjoyed it
